The Minister of Development and Finance made the decision of appointing the Treasury Securities Dealers (TSD) for the year 2018 on the basis of the results of the competition organized pursuant to the Rules and Regulations Governing the Activities of the Treasury Securities Dealer as of September 12th, 2016, lasting from October 1st, 2016 to September 30th, 2017. The title of TSD for the year 2018 was awarded to 14 banks.
The Rules and Regulations Governing the Activities of the Treasury Securities Dealer as of September 14th, 2017, has introduced an indefinite period of fulfilling the function of TSD and indicate that the Minister will conclude agreements on fulfilling the function of TSD for indefinite period with those Applicants who will be awarded TSD status as a result of the competition concluded on September 30th, 2017.
