The World Bank representatives, Ms. Satu Kahkonnem and Mr. William Dillinger, accompanied by the Chief Economist in Ministry of Finance, Mr. Ludwik Kotecki and the World Bank economist, Ms. Ewa Korczyc presented its public sector pay practices in Poland report (Poland: Reforming Government Pay Setting Practices) at the Ministry of Finance.
Prepared in cooperation with the Ministry, the report reviews Poland's system of salarysetting in the public sector, and provides recommendations for improvements.
