Registered Bonds issue

The Ministry of Finance priced on 23 January 2013 a 20-year EUR denominated Registered Bonds under German law for a nominal amount of EUR 300 million, the settlement will be on 4 February 2013. The bond maturing on 4 February 2033 was priced 10 basis points below the Poland's outstanding Euro July 2024 issue, which is 104.8 basis points over mid-swap rate and the yield of 3.359 percent. The price amounts to 99.151% and the coupon of 3.30 percent.

The Registered Bonds were allocated to long-term investors from Germany representing pensions funds (23 percent.) and insurance companies (77 percent.).

The transaction was managed by Deutsche Bank AG.
