US dollar bond priced

The Ministry of Finance priced on March 30th a 10-year USD denominated benchmark bond with a maturity on April 6th, 2026. The nominal amount of the issue is USD 1.75bn.

The bonds were priced at the level of 150 basis points over US Treasury Notes due February 15th, 2026, which gives 3.339% of yield. Semi-annual coupon has been set at 3.250%.

The issue was executed under Republicof Poland's SHELF Programme registered under the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The lead managers and bookrunners on the transaction were Barclays, BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank and J.P. Morgan.
