The Department carries out tasks regarding accounting of undertakings conducting business activities, entities which do not conduct business activities and entities included in the public finance sector. It deals with issues relating to auditing and reviewing financial statements, supervision over the work of statutory auditors and rendering bookkeeping services as well as provides support with respect to execution of tasks of the Audit Oversight Commission.
