The Department carries out issues associated with transaction prices and the tax avoidance clause (GAAR). It is responsible for designing, modelling and implementation of new services provided to KAS clients. It supervises and coordinates the activities in the scope of risk management associated with the fulfilment of tax obligations by key entities.
