Income Tax Department

The Department implements tax policy within the scope of personal income tax and corporate income tax, with the exception of transfer pricing regulations. In this respect, it cooperates with European Union authorities. It conducts mutual agreement procedures on the basis of double taxation contracts and other international agreements.
