Tomasz Robaczyński was born on 1 December 1974 in Łódź. He graduated from Law and Administration Faculty of Warsaw University (1998) and obtained a completion certificate of the Institute of Art History of Warsaw University (1998). He completed the course of British and European Union Law (Warsaw University /University of Cambridge, 1996-1998).
Since 1999 he has been working in the Ministry of Finance in Poland, at the beginning in the Public Finance Discipline Office and since 2007 as a director of Paying Authority Department.
He is the author and co-author of publications concerning public finance discipline.
He speaks English fluently.
He is married with two children.
