The VAT place of supply of services / Mini One Stop Shop (MOSS) conference organized in collaboration with the European Commission on the new rules on the place of supply of telecommunications, broadcasting and electronic services provided to non-taxable persons (final consumers) and an optional system Mini One Stop Shop (MOSS), applicable as of 1 January 2015, will take place in Warsaw, September 9, 2014.
